Return Policy

Custom cut items are not returnable unless flawed or a shipping error was made. Custom made clothing cannot be returned.

Fabric, lace, ribbon, rick-rack, piping and any other merchandise cut and sold by the yard cannot be returned except in the event of defective goods or a shipping error.

Patterns and plates are not returnable.

All other returns must be made within 10 business days for store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in original condition.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

*Please note that as the best effort is made to have quality images of fabric, etc. online, sometimes colors, and designs may look different online as in person. Zig Zag is not responsible for these discrepancies. If you have any questions about a particular item, please call and we will do our best to help you.

Newsletter

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by emailing our Customer Support at info@zigzagsewingstudio.com.

Shipping Information

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow four (4) to seven (7) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.All items will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS depending upon the order. If you have special shipping instructions or questions about your order, please email us at info@zigzagsewingstudio.com. If you choose to pay by check/money order, please send your check/money order with order number to Zig Zag, 5479 Hwy 280, Suite 117, Birmingham, Al. 35242. Orders will not be shipped until check/money order is received and cleared.
